Which Action Hero Would You Be? v. 2.0 created with QuizFarm.com |
| You scored as Lara Croft A thrill-seeking, slightly unscrupulous, tough-as-nails archaeologist, Lara Croft travels the world in search of ancient relics perhaps better left hidden. She packs two Colt .45s and has no fear of jumping off buildings, exploring creepy tombs, or taking on evil meglomaniacs bent on world domination. |

The New Tomb Raider is also looking pretty good, tho its looking completely
different to the old ones.
But that could be a good thing, it needs abit of a change.
Have you seen the Trailer or Screen Shots?
Hope you get well soon :) .. Yeh it's going alright. Lots of study and stuff, need t watch more movies
I have had a fever from last Thursday to yesterday so I have been feeling pretty crappy myself and missed a lot of work. Today I feel much better as well and I hope you start to recover soon to.
Well we are over 10,000 members now so we are waiting for Korey to come back From the San Diego Comicon to figure whats up with this Spill party and what he whats to do with it if anything.
Wednesday - Hollywood Studios (formerly Disney/MGM) - hottest day, and the only day we didn't get even a little break from it. I think I've finally got this park down to a science, line-avoiding-wise. Lunch at Mama Melrose (excellent Italian food), and met some friends for dinner at Brown Derby. Neat new ride - Toy Story Midway Mania. You get to shoot rings, darts, etc at digital 3D targets as the ride moves and it posts your score afterwards. Stupidly long line, but the game is very fun.
Thursday - Animal Kingdom. My former student is a marketing manager there, so we took him to lunch at Tusker House and he scored us some line passes. The way to beat the heat at Animal Kingdom is to go on the Kali River Rapids and get soaked. The rest of the day is very comfortable while you're drying off. The Nemo show is awesome - well worth hanging in a 45-minute line that's not moving until the show. After a long-ass transfer, we made it to Downtown Disney for the highlight and lowlight of the trip. Lowlight - dinner at Wolfgang Puck's. Highlight - Cirque de Soleil "La Nouba." There still aren't words to describe how good that show is, and I've been trying for two weeks.

just assing by to say hi ..
catch you later
and how does the day fair for you?
My deepest apologies for not stopping by as of late.
Please forgive my absence.
Sorry I have not been around much.
I have been busy with everything here lately.
How have you been?
Let's see...
Monday - early arrival (got off the plane at 10:15 am) and got a quick shuttle to Disney Coronado. Disney's got a new thing with your bags if you stay on property. I didn't have to touch my suitcase from the skycap station in Hartford until it was delivered to my room. Darted off to Magic Kingdom, had lunch at the Pirate & Parrot, rode a few things without long lines and took off for the hotel from 3-5, when it got hot and the little kids all around the park started melting down. Came back and had dinner at Tony's, and got on the rest of the rides during and after the fireworks. Ran into a couple of former students and hung out with them for a while. The revamps on Haunted Mansion were really quite good!
Tuesday - Epcot - Test Track was down, but we had a second day planned, so it wasn't a big deal. They did a lot of work redesigning Spaceship Earth (including having Judy Dench doing the voice-overs), and it looks great! Lunch at le Cellier in Canada - fantastic steakhouse. Another afternoon break, which coincided with a huge thunderstorm that nearly cleared the park. When we got back before dinner, there were no lines anywhere, and it was the emptiest I've ever seen the park - which was nice. Love the parks - hate the people. Dinner at Teppan Edo in Japan, and got a great unobstructed view of Illuminations from Japan.
More to come...
