Gods, this flick sucked... his acting was good the first 10 min. but the the script turned went to hell and so did the acting... poor poor film... I'm sad :-)

It was pretty good. The villain was so undeveloped it hurt, also call me dumb but that whole talk they had about losing powers, gaining them, being together confused me so much! I mean it was like every two seconds they changed what they were saying! But never the less Full price, maybe high matinee

i liked this movie, even if the bitch movie theater charged me way too much for mah ticket
but yeah, the camera spun round like a record player too fucking much

man, this movie let me and my friends down, nothing wrong with the performances, but i felt it fell apart half way through, i did not like the twist, so half a good movie, i'd have to say rental, funny review though.

well to be be honest...its a bit overhyped

so when i watch it...maybe i was expecting too much? I think its nowhere near a full price, the camera made me very dizzy (especially when i watch it on a BIG screen)

A high matinee, thats the highest it deserve, the whole 2nd and third act just fell apart

Dang, agreeing with Korey again. It is a good movie, but the bumpy storyine kept it from being a great movie. I can't believe I sat thru 2 1/2 hrs of Sex & the City, but they couldn't give Hancock and extra 15 minutes to fill out a plot.

With Will Smith being so big and all it might be easy to overlook the supporting cast...primarily Jason Bateman...who I think made the perfect compliment to the story.
He totally looked like a washed up, plastic, 80's L.A. gameshow host trying to make it as a car insurance salesman 5 years later while going through hard times. HArd times for him in L.A. is a 3 bedroom house, looming forclosure, bills, bills, bills, with the only serenity being his seemingly happy home with a super wife. (Didn't he have a child by another lady who died giving birth. Funy I don't remember seeing this child in the film. Anyway...didn't amke any difference...hardly missed it....

As far as the bad guys being underdeveloped or not developed at all I agree. But the interesting thing is I realy don't think they were supposed to be that interesting to begin with and the fact that they dumbed them down to the point of absolute obscure, ridiculous cliche's was a good move. I hated those guys and wanted to see them out of the picture faster than they were flashed on screen.

Charliez Theron gave a great perfoprmance as the super lady. And honestly I jsut thought they had the hots for each other and that there was going to be some kind of infidelity, interracial thing added to the plot. She's an awesome actor. Can definately see her in the sequal wherever they decide to take this thing.

Like the great franchises launched in the past...its got potential as well as bucks...it wasn't entirely good but wasn't entirely bad either...which is why I agree with Leski that Smith is perhaps the only "being on the planet" who could have led this cast to success.

He comes on screen and he's like the "everyguy" he could be as convincing as a super hero as he could be as a FedEx guy or a Soda Jerk in a 50's cafe.

Saw Hancock and it was definately another one of Will's July 4th big box office weekend. I really enjoyed Will Smith as a superhero and really cant see anyone else in this roll,a grab-­ass, booze-swilling superhero that flies under the influence and is despised by everyone. To be honest it was kind of refreshing to see a movie with an original story, not a remake. I hope they will be make sequels to this one because when the story opened up near the ending it left my imgination thinking of so many ways they can go with this character.

How could you guys give this piece of garbage a full price..... lol white woman=Hancocks kryptinite, comon guys my 2 year old nephew could come up with a better ending.
