When crime lord, Kingpin, orders a hit on Daredevil, he sends his two best assassins: Elektra and Bullseye. But in a quarrel over who gets to collect and take out the Man without fear, Bullseye ultimately slays Elektra with her own Sai. Now, after a painful ressurrection from the mysterious ninja force known as, the Hand, Elektra returns from the grave to finish her mission and KILL Daredevil.

Good effort. I know you said the lighting may have been skewed by "online compression", so I'll focus on other things. Liked the writing. Liked the costumes, liked the directing. But the editing and sound could have been a bit better. For editing I would say during the fight scenes, maybe a little shorter, it will add speed and pace better. The sound, I'd recommend getting the actors in the studio for a makeshift foley sound recording, putting speech on it's own track to eliminate background noise.
All in all, it was fun I'll give you a 3.5 stars out of 5 : )
