I'm not even mad. I'm just...meh.
It's not even his PERSONAL Best Picture; nonetheless Best out of those nominees. I honestly don't feel like Argo will hold up or compare to greats of the future (again, even to his OWN films) when it's all said and done. I really don't feel like it brought anything ALL THAT special to the table or what TRULY stands out about it other than executing better than most others that try to make these type of films.
Hell everyone was bitching about The Artist and The King's Speech the past two shows; how is what is essentially a "Hollywood patting itself on the back for being heroes" film any less safe?
