I mean, I like Argo and all for being such a well made, straight forward, meat-and-potatoes thriller with some good tension, but....that's ALL it was really. There's really not much to think about or chew on afterwards, and it's pretty emotionally distant all things considered.
I just don't know about its rewatchability, or its possibility to stand the test of time. Like in 10 years are we still going to be looking back at ARGO as one of Affleck's best and unique works? Because honestly I think his 1st was better, and he's got BETTER in him for the future, so I dunno...I don't think this is the one Affleck should get it for...
