I was wondering the same thing. yes, the ending was poor, but they fixed it thankfully. and the game overall is fantastic. I just don't understand people sometimes

Yup, I enjoyed the whole Mass Effect trilogy as a whole and 3 didn't change that. It may have had a bad ending, but the rest was so much fun that the journey was more fun than the destination, at least for me.

I get getting upset over a terrible ending to an otherwise great franchise, but all the declarations of people going "they lied to us" and "they OWE us for blah blah blah" and all that nonsense was a bunch of crap looking back in hindsight. The ONLY reason Bioware should have changed the ending is if THEY weren't ready to stand to their convictions with the artistic choices they made with THEIR product...not because fans wouldn't STFU about the illusion of choice they bought into Hook Line And Sinker.

No, no. I still believe people overreacted like motherfuckers. But the ending was pretty weak since it made it seem like all the choices you made in all three games had some sort of impact...that and that stupid deus ex machina kinda soured the experience.
