I have big hair,not shaved and sideburns and everyone says "Get a hair cut " Should I or not ? It looks bad but do I lose my individuality ?

If you can even recognize that it looks bad, it's time to get a cut. Individuality isn't based on hair style anyways, at least not among people who aren't painfully boring.
