Thanks everyone, I'm trying to stay positive I learned a lot there, I was actually doing the job of 3 people. I'm hoping that the experience I gained will help make finding a new job easier. I'll probably be posting off of the work I did for them this evening on my website.

It's going to sound harsh but it's not meant to, I don't know how old you are of this was your chosen career or a fill in till you get the job you want but now that is has ended in such a harsh way, you can learn from it and be able to cope when it happens again (which it will believe me) I was serving my apprenticeship many moons ago and the firm went down the toilet, it was my first proper job coupled with actually learning a proffession that would have seen me hopefully to retirement. I now work on a contract basis so when each one ends I am ready for it and more used to the process etc. Something will turn up and hopefully will be better and longer amigo

ugh..i hate that, i went through the same when i did QA for a videogame company, you just get put on call "Layed Off" wth no warning.

Yeah...it sucks everyone saw that there were a few who needed to be let go but not the guy who's actually been building the products that they are selling.
