Is Denzel Washington the only actor in Hollywood right now that makes hit after hit and is the most consistent?

I guess you're kinda right. But, The Rush Hour sequels were terrible.in my opinion.I'm looking forward to seeing Silver Linings Playbook.

Chris Tucker since he is only in 1 movie every 5 years

Well I didn't mean box office wise. I meant good quality movies. Unstoppable is a Tony Scott movie that is very underrated. The Book of Eli was amazing. The taking of Pelham 123 and Deja Vu I enjoyed for what it was. As for Day Lewis he had a flop called Nine. And Will Smith had a flop called MIB2. Also Decaprio had a movie which I could not help but, sleeping called Aviator. So for me Denzel is my guy for quality.

@ Ryan... None of those movies suck, and Washinton was great in all of them. I know what you mean though. The Book of Eli is the only one i own.

Daniel Day Lewis is one, but Will Smith was in MIB3!  Leonardo Dicaprio...

In terms of box office which is what I assume the question meant Will Smith has been the biggest and most consistent. Even Seven Pounds still made a profit.

I don't know about that. Unstoppable, The Book of Eli, Taking of Pelham 123, Déjà Vu.
