I totally agree @Jack,it does beg the question why no one reached out to him when he did make those initial threats or if they did and he just didn't get the results he wanted. It's sad that innocent people had to die in the process. I also feel bad that he has apparently died as well.

This was different. I'm pretty sure they knew he was pissed when made threats. It just goes to show that you gotta take some folks seriously. Not to say he didn't have mental problems. He clearly snapped.
