Hmm...

Well there's Petrus (although he really should die), Patches (although that can turn south early), Solaire (really have to work on it though), Rickert (although I'm not sure if you can kill him), Ingward (...although in my current playthrough he's going to die), Quelana (although she just leaves), Eingyi (if you call that surviving), Anastacia (unless you're greedy), Andre (unless you're dumb), Oswald (no real reason to kill him), Domhnall (why you would kill him I never know), Quelaan (unless you're a monster), Crestfallen Merchant (mouthy bastard that he is), Darkmoon Knightess (unless you're looking for trouble), Vamos (though he's dead), and Sieglinde (although you may not see her depending on your actions)

Still, with the exception of Solaire and Quelana, pretty much every other NPC has something wrong happen with them

Yea if you tell him about the witch in Blighttown that teaches you Pyromancy he goes hollow.
