Thanagarian seems to have his facts straight...but I also dunno who this Billy person is. But if I were to throw out a random guess I would say he was a terrorist who threatened to over throw Spill.com. Just a guess though.

Joong left voluntarily, Dominick got banned for being a whiny confrontational pansy (the petition may have had something to do with it too), George got banned for "stalking" because he posted information on Dom from another site. No clue who this Billy person is.
