Wow, DMC: Devil May Cry is actually REALLY good, perhaps great! I'll have to digest it a bit before coming to a conclusion.

I didn't mind the Fire/Ice,Angel/Demon weapon swapping to damage certain enemies. Especially when i unlocked the other two nephilim weapons. These enemies are the only shared negative in some of the reviews i've seen. I don't see the problem when each weapon has it's own upgradable move list. I'm curious to see your thoughts on this.

Yes Indeedy...
I tried to tell folks Yesterday how awesome it was. It hit's a perfect balance of being defferent, but at the same time being one of the best DMC games of the series. Ninja Theory's reimagining just plain works! I'm a fan., and all this hate over it not being the same... Every game in the series is damn near a reboot. Give these guys a chance before you dismiss it. If you do, you're missing out.

Can't say enough good things when I played it during NYCC, the best gaming convention outside of E3. The fluid combat, changing weaponry as you are in the midst of an action works as a gamer who is always thinking 5 steps ahead in fight mode.
