So AMC wont give Mad Men, Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead bigger budgets but they will spend the money to bring The Killing back??

Well, The Walking Dead sucks, so I don't see the need for a bigger budget. If anything, a reduced budget for that show might make the writers get creative, particularly with its characters.
