Not only that...here is a man that will make historically skewed propaganda movies praising China for money without ever speaking out about reality on the main land. Must be nice to sit in judgement of others from your Hong Kong penthouse far away from the poverty and reality of your government and their corruption.

So until I see Jackie handing out historically accurate text books to kids in Jiāngmén, helping an elderly family fight for their land and their house when the lilly white Chinese government wants to pay them $30,000 for a house and land they paid $100K for, so they can build a highway. Or until I see Jackie helping the modern day slaves that work 20 hour shifts with 1 30min break and live in co-ed dorms 6-10 people to room, he should shut the hell up and stop playing lap dog for his government. Notice he had nothing to say when him and that buffoon Chris Tucker were making millions, and he could live in Hollywood money no object. However, now when his only options to make movies in the West are the Expendables or work with Jaden Smith in a movie he's not a star in, he has an opinion. I think what RogueLatina is trying to say is that although Chan may not like America, he owes a big part of his life's success to American audiences, so the dignified thing to do would be not openly criticize America, it makes him look ungrateful.

Maybe but there's an estimated 1 million+ prisoners in China. Jackie has been pretty vocal about not believing people are entitled to Civil Rights. So exactly what does he mean by "Corrupt."
