I live with some girls who were into Twilight also, but I still in no way want to read the damn books just so I can 'bond' with them. I love WW2 films but I don't expect them to show any interest in that. Its good to have separate interests.

How about the audio book?  Spare your eyes and just hate-fuck your ears for a brief time.  Once it's done put on some good music or something.

Zulzon, no offense but there's an old saying, who is more foolish, the fool or the fool who follows; you're agreeing with a dude who makes up his facts!

Daken, Wikipedia will only give me the gist of the book and film but not how it was composed, a lot of great books and movies have simple plots and a lot of bad movies have overly complex plots, knowledge of the plot or the circumstances leading to and following the book and the film's creation will not help (much)! 

To all of you, a lot of people talk to me about Twilight, but I never have anything to say on the subject because I don't know anything about it, so I want to read the books for the same reason I watch the news... so I know what everyone else is pissed off about so I can be pissed off about it too!
