well no the first two weren't really steampunk you may label them atom punk which is a very iffy subculture that only vaguely exists and is sort of like the fallout franchise where everything is set in the atomic age. but even that's not accurate, i really don't know what you could class it as, its set in such an obscure time and the sci-fi alterations to the time are so unlike anything else i've ever come across, my closest guess to what you could call it would be deco-punk seeing as how the architecture and style of rapture is art deco.

I thought the first two weren't even steampunk, I called them Aquapunk, everything is underwater and there's not much steam!

haha good plan the suspense is killing me to play this game. i love the franchise i love the era its set in, and the music and the art style its just steam punk heaven.
