During the Sinister review you guys remarked on the fact that the trailer showed a lot of the tense moments in the movie. I was curious if you guys would be interested in making a video touching on the topic of the role that trailers/previews play in today's films. I personally feel they give away too much of the plot and key moments witch hinders your ability to experience it the way the director intended. I know its the viewers choice but will people see movies based on the reputation of the cast and crew, or is shelling out money with the chance of seeing shit not worth the risk. Just wanted to hear your guys opinions.
You asked me once for a link to a review from TGWTG.com that mentioned Spill...
...well, it happened again, when Film Brain reviewed Sinister. He specifically mentions the writer as 'Carlyle from Spill.com'. In case you want it, here is the video.
Just realized I have listening to spill over 5 years today, and wanted to thank you all for all the free entertainment. Hopefully this gives you a laugh in return

Just watched three movies you had on the latest Remote Viewing - "The Pirates!", "The Raid", and "Headhunters". I must say, they were all spectacular, with The Raid being the most exciting by far. The Pirates had a wonderful charm and almost giddiness to the comedy, while Headhunters had me enthralled from start to end.
Thanks for the great reviews you and the RM crew did on the films, I had a brilliant time watching them. :) I hope all is well on your trip too, keep up the awesome work. :)
hey Cyrus, i hope im not botherin you, but i made this spill theme remix and it'd be awesome if you took a listen to it. maybe one day it could open a video...possible? lol. either way, i hope you like it, thanks.
I just joined Spill, and i'd just like to say say I love the hell out of u guys! I definately love going here after a crappy day of school, so thank u. Oh, and ur welcome to do another Batman themed LEOG any time soon, lol. Keep up the good work! =)
so CYRUS..... recently on a podcast you were talking about Apocalypse films. I'm looking forward to an End-of-the-world film as well, but do you think it'd be possible to do that & have the film NOT suck? 'Cause you gotta have reason why your killing off all main characters, etc.
You mentioned that you weren't sure what movies to go with from Criterion this month, and I know that August has been rather hectic for Remote Viewing, but I wanna know: Are you going to be reviewing their release of Quadrophenia?! I'd love to hear what you have to say about it, good or bad.
Hey Cyrus, I know it might be too early to tell but i was wondering if you had an idea of what month Spill-Con will be in next year?? being from Australia im planning a trip to the states next year and would love to come. Love the site, Keep up the great work.
