Co-Host! How you doing?
I just wanted to say that I don't think you are really a robot. I'm not judging you. I just thought I'd point it out in case you were wondering. Peace out dude. Love your work!
it was awesome meeting you all over the weekend. You HAVE to make another trip down here, you simply didnt get to spend enough time to see all mia has to offer.
Hey Cohost, after your scuffle with Cyrus, i made a song that summarizes the epic encounter! you should totally talk about it for LDT, but if not, then just enjoy the song. took a lot of work, so i'd really appreciate it! Thanks
was watching office space as you and Cyrus recommended a way while back and i just realized sofia vergara was in the pepsi commercial in the movie... does that make that her first official movie or make her a celebrity appearance?
@CoHost3000 After listening to your comments in your 'Wors-Off List' I felt I had to tell you this.
I do respect you disliking Cars 2 as it was undeniably the worst of Pixar’s films and as a Pixar-fan, I was thoroughly disappointed. HOWEVER, I do not respect you pinning the blame on John Lasseter as honest to our god, IT WASN'T HIS FAULT!
The film for the majority of the production was directed by Brad Lewis and co-directed by John Lasseter who decided to not direct that film full-time to focus on producing other films. As the fan I am, I followed the progress of the film each month ever since I knew it was being made back in 2008. Suddenly, on one day, I noticed that the roles reversed as John Lasseter suddenly became the leading director and Brad Lewis becoming co-director. Then, it was released that as late as July 2011, Brad Lewis is no longer working for the company.
So, I have the theory that John Lasseter watched the film that Brad Lewis created and suddenly realised how poor the film was. This then led to a major dispute between the two people, which lead to Lewis leaving both the film and the company. In turn, probably because of some bureaucratic contract signed, John Lasseter had to take the reigns as Director, have his name stamped on that title and do as much as he could in as little time as possible to make that film even tolerable.
You might say to me that he also directed the first Cars and that the story was his idea, which has mixed-to-positive reviews. Yes, the story was John’s idea and he assisted with writing the screenplay, but once again, he wasn't the director for most of the film. Joe Ranft was the lead director of the film for that film, and he was passionate about it. Unfortunately, he died in a car accident. This left a cold feeling at the studio and as in Cars 2, John Lasseter having to take the role of director and do whatever he could.
The Cars franchise has been nothing but a burden on both the studio and John Lasseter.
So there you go Co-Host (and anybody else reading this comment).Cars 2 is bad, but please for god, for the studio and for John’s sake, DON'T BLAME IT ON HIM!
Hey Co Host! Just wanted to spread some love for Let's Do This, so I did this piece the other day. As always, stay fuckin metal and have a great one! Cheers!
A while back you were talking about once hot actress who seemed to have had a through whacking with an ugly stick over the years. May I submit to you, Colleen Camp. You may remember her as the french maid Yvette in Clue.
