Wallie, you're right... that Goodfellas lovin' is kickin' in... and by that I mean that it's been lingering in my mind so often, my opinion on it is starting to change. I might even bump up my original rating of a 7/10 to an 8! Definitely going to give it a second try.

Just saw Goodfellas for the first time, though I'd share my thoughts with you since it's probably your favorite movie ever...
I wouldn't call it overrated, but I guess I was hyping it up too much to reach overly high expectations... but it was still pretty good, though. Definitley not my favorite Scorsese film, but still a good one nonetheless.
Yea check out my pics
i went on sunday
i was mainly around everywhere but i was by EA a lot
and there were a lot of people dressed up
was like the thousands of people there with a hat, hoddie and a back pack
Just out of all the stories of Boston's "Green Mafia" (Irish mob) that they could have told, why haven't they given us one based on a real mobster yet? I would have loved to have a Goodfellas like story with the Irish mob in New York instead of the typical "Italian Mob". It's a field ripe with true-life stories to tell, but some reason or another people tend to go with the "Italian" or "Hispanic" or "African-American" criminals, and not focus on "Irish".
Then again, with the amount of Irish blood in me, you can understand why I'm eager for something like this. One of the reasons Boondock Saints was so great to me was the boys were Irish. lol
A did on The Departed? Not quite, but I think it's time that we got a more "real" story to go with the Irish Mob than that one. Besides, as much as I hate to say this about the Boston area.... Jack Nicolson didn't really come across as "Irish" to me.

What have you done to my good friend Wallie Whiplash? Who's this 'Dr. Lightning' fellow with the strange Kool-Aid Man and Benjamin Franklin avatar?
WHO ARE YOU?!?!?!?!
Nah, seriously, what's with the name & avatar change? I'm missing my friend WALL-E with his bra. :(
