I think the only movie I want to see is Star Trek, since it's all the rage now
Right now i'm firing up the laptop and getting ready to bang out a script or two. Hopefully I'll have something complete before school starts up again.

I did not see Paranoid Park. Unfortunately I can't do requests right now for DVD reviews mainly because of time. They send me SO MUCH STUFF to cover as it is I barely keep up. Eventually it'll balance out but right now...
Wow, you really can't compare the two films. They couldn't be more different. Iron Man is an incredibly fun summer action comedy. Robert Downey Junior does such an amazing job in the role in hitting both the dramatic points and the comedic points...it's beyond me how ANY discriminating viewer could say that it sucks. The Dark Knight went the ultra-serious reality based dark drama...there's no way to put these side by side really. If you didn't like Iron Man, the only explanation I can think of is that you were expecting it to be like The Dark Knight...and I can't imagine why you would do that. Or if you watched it on a crappy bootleg or something.
If you dispise the prequels (which almost everyone the site does) or if you simply love bitching about them (and really, who doesn't at this point?), this is a group for YOU!
Now, it's hard to classify what to call a "killer." One that kills, obviously. But some characters kill once but it's serious, some vow not to kill afterwords, some do it on accident. Some kill for good, some for evil. I hadn't a clue what to classi…
