You can still use iTunes, just don't use the Apple RSS feed for our site (since it's often incorrect and doesn't get updated like it should). If you go to our podcast page (tab at the top), there will be orange RSS feed icons by each podcast. Like this: Right click on that image and select "Copy Link Location" (or it's Save Link As in IE, I think) and then go to iTunes>Advanced>Subscribe to Podcast... and paste the link in the URL field. That lets you use iTunes and download new ones automatically, except it pulls the audio files directly from us and we almost always have our feed updated on time and correctly. Hope that helps explain it a bit.

I see your on the right path group wise! Dont just join anything that you get an INV to. At one point i had like 89 groups that i was part of!LOL Badman3000 sent me an inv to every group under the sun! I had to quit some of thos.When you have over 200 friends and it is a group that has not bn active for months.Ask them why or just quit it!
This whole site is email based but if not that? Folks watch that thread on the side for activeness! They see you just did it.So it must be cool! Next time you are in one of your groups.Turn off fallow group.I'm not saying quit!Just dont get every update.
