I would say it depends... There is some really beautiful art and incredible story-telling in Sandman The Dream Hunters (not the recent comic, but the graphic novel from around 2000). I believe you can read the first original Sandmans on the Vertigo site for free here and there are some first eps of the spin-offs available on the site as well.
I wouldn't say I'm the biggest fan... but I'm a fan. And I love the artwork of Dave McKean who does the covers. Enjoy!

That cool Polish person will hopefully be my cool Polish brother-in-law soon, so I get to have a Polish relative! It's fun to hear him talk to his parents on the phone in Polish, as it's not a language I ever get to hear otherwise. My sister's name is Katie, but his parents call her "Kasha", and I think that's adorable. So, yeah, since they've been dating, I've learned a lot about Poland!
He was born in Warsaw in 1976, when Poland was still communist. His parents escaped and fled to Sweden before coming to America. It's actually a really great story, but I'd butcher it trying to tell it, so I won't.

The only thing I really know by Fraction is his "Iron Fist" run and I enjoyed that. People keep telling me how bad-ass his X-Men is. Maybe he's getting burned out on it now or something. He was being contentious with Quesada at the Marvel panel so maybe he's fed up with the 'orders from above'.
I definitely like him. I've3 been a fan since Band of Brothers. Yes, I think he could pull of cap if they decide to go a little older but I doubt they will-the first Cap movie is going to take place in the 1940s and Cap was 20-22 at the most when he underwent the super soldier treatment. He'd have to be under thirty at the oldest.
He definitely has the right look and could make an excellent Cap but I'm still thinking, with the Marvel boys pullin in bigger names like RDJ and Ed Norton, that they may be able to get our Mr.America, Brad Pitt, to take the role.
