Just wanted to say hello....
how are you enjoying the cold?
seems like I am interested in downing more hot chocolate than ever..LOL..with whipped cream of course....I may just get addicted to it... ..Curse you Tim Hortens!!!!...LOL what are your feelings about hot chocolate?...do you drink coffee at all?.I have never been able to bring myself to drink it....seems they have all these delicious drinks..I tried one in the Summmer that was pretty tolerable, but this one my nephew bought me was sooooo nasty & I felt bad because those drinks are so expensive...I do like coffee ice cream..LOL..go figure..LOL
As you can see I am rather bored at work right now..LOL..someone just tried to make a deposit for another bank at our drive-up..and I nearly closed my arm in the drawer earlier...it almost closed down on it...I had a real slow reaction time....still hurts a little bit...oh well...

I have to ask.....I realize you are not one for big budget films, BUT do you plan on seeing Avatar?..would that be the exception to the rule..it just sees amazing ...I just hope it is not all CGI & no story....do you have an IMAX theater back home? we have one in Henry Fords' Greenfield village..but it seems like it is a bigger screen vertically & that seems odd to me because it goes down behind this see thru wall & it seems like it cuts off part of the picture..I don't get that....I am not sure about why they set it up that way..it is kind of a cramped theater....just doesn't work for me..not sure where the next one is..out in BFE somewhere...LOL..
well I have rambled on enough..you know how I can be..LOL....I think I may be directly responsible for why they instituted it..what do you think?..LOL

I was supposed to see The Princess & the Frog....but we were getting what seemed to be freezing rain last night...and then I was trying to help my Mom load up an mp3 player that she bought for my Great Aunt..she wanted me to put some Buddy Holly, Bobby Darrin, The Platters, etc, on it..but the music I bought to put on it would not download and then the player picked up everything I had in an old windows player.....OMG what a nightmare trying to get it all out of there....I had Austin Powers & NSync..I thought I had deleted all of that stuff & there it was..turning back up to haunt me....LOL..I was up until almost 05:00 ..couldn't figure it out....it isn't like an IPod..which I am used to working with ..so I left it until this morning..I thought it was a lost cause & by some miracle, I fixed it.....I am planning on seeing Brothers next week...looks good but scary in a way....must be looking forward to catching up on movies, when you get home. Well ..just wanted to say hello..tell you that I am thinking about you...and I look forward to hearing back from you..=D
So tell me what is your top ten list of Christmas films?.....I know It Happened on Fifth Avenue is at the tippy top...=D..we were talking about movies & songs on the podcast..do you have a favorite Christmas song?..do you hate Christmas music?..seems some people have some really strong feelings about it..LOL..they go nuts at work....I can't get enough of it..LOL.....=D

I was talking to G-Man the other day & he was waxing poetic about you..I see I am not the only one that is an ardent admirer of yours...of course this comes as no surprise to me.
I am sorry, if I have seemed a bit down hearted in my more recent comments. As much as I love this time of year...it almost breaks my heart & after the big debacle with MDS..it seems to be hitting me a bit harder than I had expected...I really thought that was it for me...now I just want to kick myself from here to high heaven...I feel like such a fool & I really should have been smarter about it all..but I let my heart get the best of me & now I pay the price in more ways than one.
I miss the way we would banter back and forth about anytHing & everything....but I know that you are busier than ever & you don't have time to sit down & write an opus to me... ..you only have time for quick comments here & there...and there is nothing quick about me..is there?..LOL
I suppose you are getting bombarded with some of these high winds & lower temps..any snow yet?..they keep trying to scare us on the news..must not be much else going on to report...

I kind of miss the way things were last year.
I hope it hasn't become a hassle to answer me....if so...please let me know..you are a nice guy & I don't want you to be burdened by it...I have found a way to move past MDS, although I want to chastise myself for some of my stupidity, which I seem to continue to pay for even now...
I just don't want to think that I lost what might have been an epic friendship because I made this mistake for putting too much on your shoulders...if I did screw up..I am sorry and if you want to call this quits...I will bow out somewhat gracefully.
Just seems like we had a better flow & more ease to things.....

Hey, Gerald, no problem. I agree, I have to give the edge to Omar, but Brother Mouzone took being shot pretty calmly (that is one COLD MoFo). Speaking of word on the street, I LOVE how the LEGEND of Omar kept growing and growing, ain't no way ANYONE will ever believe a kid (Kenard) took Omar out. Even in death Omar Outshadows Marlo Stanfield, loved how everyone was standing around the corner taking turns telling how "It REALLY went Down with Omar". Also it was pretty clever and a Sad (but truthful) comment on "The Game", how NOTHING ever changes, where we have at the end of the last season: "Dukie" dropping out of school, gets hooked on drugs and becomes the next "Bubbles", and Michael escaping Marlo's clutches and getting the drop on "Snoop", & becomes the next Omar. AMAZING Series, I came to it late and MARATHON
watched all 5 seasons (it was like crack).
I KNOW! I mean "Bubbles" was a pivotal role in "The Wire" ( one of the few redemptive story arcs in that Landmark series). Hey, Gerald, you ducking out on me? in your opinion.... which is the bigger badass:
