So we probably won't see that many gadgets but we will see more of a guy that just has his own skills to make it more realistic and plausible.

So we will see it become modern but than again not overdueing it. Ian Fleming wrote the books like Casino Royale but it had to take place in this day and age but the gadgets work for the films.

Oh, yes, I agree about HAL. When I said parts of the film are brilliant, I was referring to HAL, as well as the gorgeous "Blue Danube" sequence.

I know I'm in the minority on this one. I might have to take another look at it.
