Just because he hasn't done anything with the JLA themselves doesn't mean he can't do it. We know Vaughan is a big DC fan so I have no doubts he knows all of these characters very well and can write them respectively within whatever new incarnation they are being set upon.
I hate to use this point but look at Whedon. He hasn't written a run on The Avengers (to my knowledge) and he was able to flesh those characters out well enough for people who hadn't even seen the previous Phase I movies while at the same time bringing his charming wit to the team.
We already know Vaughan can write a good team dynamic with The Runaways, and almost all of his characters are really well fleshed out. I think he just needs a shot at it.

What do you think about the Generator Rex cartoon? Because it's clear that, at least for me, you like that show more than something like Avatar; the Last Airbender. I'd just like to know your stand on the show since its finished.

But you have to remember that the Reapers destroyed the fuel deposit stations they came across any important systems were all invaded. Im sure that there would be a handful intacked but they would be far and few since the reapers crippled communication and deposits first.
