WB President Addresses Dark Knight Sequel Rumors

With so many rumors circling about a Dark Knight sequel, and we can't imagine any of them are actually true, Warner Bros. President, Alan Horn, addressed the growing speculation with the folks at Collider.
"We've been talking to Chris Nolan and what we have to do is get him in the right place and have him tell us what he thinks the notion might be for a great story, but Chris did a great job and we'd love to have him come back and do another one."
Regarding the timing of the sequel, Horn said, "The story is everything and we are very respectful of Chris. We have a wonderful relationship with him and we are going to be respectful of his timing and we want to get it right. Also, I think the fans expect that – they want us to make a terrific movie – we have to give them another great movie."
Horn also expressed interest in bringing back Superman and confirmed that they're close to green lighting a Green Lantern film. You can read the full article here

Idk who would play Bane. I would say Michael Clarke Duncan (the guy in Dark Knight who was a prisoner and he threw the remote out the window) b/c he's already huge, but they already gave him that part. As for Riddler, definately Johnny Depp. I don't think they should do Penguin, he doesn't have that same flare as other villains to me.

People, they have to follow the dark knight books now. In other words, the only villain to do so it can be awesome is Bane, b/c in the series you see how much batman struggles after Bane damages him. And we can do Bane some justice b/c of that so called thing in that one Batman movie with Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy that made him a joke.

Wow, slow down guys, its not like its gonna be here soon anyway let Nolan do his thing and make another awsome movie. As for the villain thing- here is my list of who should act if they were to put them in a movie
The Riddler-Paul Giammati (he needs a role where he will be remembered forever, he's my favorite actor and can be a very evil and smart character)
The Penguin-Daniel Day Lewis (why not, he doesn't have to be fat and have those weird hands)

danny day lewis will act circles around ledger so i pick him to replace ledger and u know what he would play the role 100times better there was to much hype about heath's ledgers death i think if it wasnt for that the movie wouldnt have been as big as it was ,still a huge success but not where it is at now... i think the death brought the movie way more into the mainstream rather to a comic crowd.....

John Stewart as Green Lantern? Am I the only one that would love to see Seth Green? Would be fitting, and about time that comic crazed geek got to play in a comic movie! =)
