Watch The First 10 Minutes Of Drafthouse Film's 'The FP'
Despite its generous cribbing from several varied sources, there really isn't a movie quite like 'The FP.' The absurd comedy from Jason and Brandon Trost has been picked up by Drafthouse Films, the new distribution wing of Austin's Alamo Drafthouse theaters. This movie isn't just a throwback to a different time, it feels like it takes place on its own planet. I've actually seen 'The FP,' and I can honestly say that it had me rolling on the floor. The way these guys commit to the nonsense they're playing with is outstanding. Drafthouse Films just released this clip, giving you a peek at the first ten minutes of the film. I really don't need to explain to you what it's about, because the clip does a damn good job of that on its own. This should help you definitively conclude whether 'The FP' is for you or not. Take a look at the clip below and let us know what you think. For real.

fuck everything that this movie represents.
This type of empty, crap satire needs to be burned in the deepest pit of hell. Looking beyond my complete and utter dislike for the "meta" culture that this thing caters too; this shit is simply-put a terrible attempt at 80s camp, and the people involved who thought this was clever need to get punched in the face.

i can see where balls of fury understands its own humor (realizing completely its a parody of sports all on its own), but FP is taking itself waaaay too seriously. even with that said...i still laughed. it's so insanely stupid one can't help but laugh.
