Two New 'Lawless' Clips
I'm really excited for John Hillcoat's 'Lawless,' the period gangster movie about a family of bootleggers. The movie stars Shia LaBeouf, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Jessica Chastain, and Guy Pearce. Last month saw the release of the loud, highly kinetic trailer that had me grinning, and now two individual clips from the film have hit the web. Basically they are extended versions of two of the very brief moments we catch in the trailer. The first shows Jack Bondurant (LaBeouf) losing his cool only to be calmed down with icy resolve by his older brother Forrest(Hardy). The second shows Forrest interacting with the sinister special deputy (Pearce) tasked with stopping the illegal activities of he and his brother. These clips do highlight the exaggerated accents all around, but I'm still on board. How about you guys?
