Tron Legacy Movie Review

Peoples opinions on this film have been very different. Some people hate it, some people love it and some people thinks its okay. I think its okay. Its the greatest lazer light show I have ever seen but thats not enough. The movie looks amazing and the soundtrack and sound editing is great but everything else sucks. The acting is dull, the story is very predictable, the middle of the film is boring, and the script is as flat as the paper its written on. Disneys live action films never have great stories. Prince of Persia, The sourcereersresarerees apprentice(How do you spell Sourcerer)and now this. Price of Persia relied on the special effects but the story was pretty bad and the sourcererwesnationtreasure starring big daddy wasn't even saved by the effects because the movie was pretty bad and in the top 20 worst movies of the year. This is another one of those. I would give a movie like this a rental but the scope of the film is big enough and the effects are cool enough for you to see it at a matinee but you won't see anything new. I would've liked to see some new games as well. They have the disk fights and the lightcycles no new games. They should've created new games such as Spy Kids 3D. Spy Kids 3D wasn't a great movie but that racing scene was so cool but they didn't  do anything new here.
