We've got a pretty hilarious new trailer for Eli Craig'sTucker and Dale Vs. Evil, a new horror comedy in the vein of Zombieland and Shaun of the Dead. The film centers on two hillbillies who are accused of being killers by a group of college kids camping near the duo's cabin. Check it out below:
wow, that seemed much more creative than I expected

Interesting. Of course, this looks suspiciously like a fictionalized version of the true-life case of the Clampett Family (an offshoot of the Gein family of Wisconsin), a small clan indigenous to the Ozark Mountain region of Tennessee and Missouri back in the early 1960's. It appears that there were many "accidental" deaths and spontaneous "suicides" that took place in the vicinity of thier Ozark homestead and in later years during their time in Beverly Hills, California - among them being Los Angeles-based bank manager Milburn Drysdale, his administrative assistant "Miss" Jane Hathaway and budding film actor Darrell "Dash" Riprock. This was also linked to the many unaccounted-for deaths of guests at the Shady Rest Hotel outside of Hooterville (nicknamed by locals as "Petticoat Junction"). Despite an investigation by the State Police and regional sheriff’s office, no charges were ever brought up against owner Kate Bradley or her "Uncle" Joe Bradley (readers will of course recognize "Joe" as a prime suspect in the Cleveland Torso Murders) However, one patrolman did find some inconclusive evidence of foul play at the near by Green Acres Farm owned by ex- Manhattan lawyer Oliver Wendel Douglas (who specialized in defending criminal murder cases) and his wife Lisa Douglas (formerly Bassaroff - of the Romanian Bassaroff clan that could trace its lineage all the way back to Prince Vladislov Bassaroff aka the infamous Vlad Teppe or more popularly known as Count Dracula.)
