'Thundercats' Concept Art!

Movieline has posted the concept art for Jerry O'Flaherty's hopeful adaptation of Thundercats. See the renderings of Lion-O, The Pyramid, Third Earth and Mutant Attack below!
The script, written by Paul Sopocy, was to follow Lion-O’s origin myth from young cub to his anointment as Lord of the Thundercats, and was to be directed by O’Flaherty, a veteran art director.

looks cool to me! the photorealism of characters like Davy Jones Squid head and the new Avatar mean this will most likely look amazing just gotta hope they get the mood and story straight and we could be seeing an amazing franchise!

As a CG movie, Thundercats could totally work. As a live action movie, not so much. People in cat costumes would only make me laugh.
