This 'Whiteout' is made up of yellow snow!

This review may be a little late but I feel like I need to get my feelings out on the movie ‘Whiteout’. What the hell man! I felt like I was in the theater for about 45min and then it was all over! Maybe that’s actually a good thing with this movie? I was on the fence about the film after I had gotten out of the theater but now that I’ve given it two weeks I just don’t get it.
I should have know that it wasn’t going to be all that great when they filmed it over two years ago, and they just decided to release it now and in September. The premise sounds interesting and the trailer didn’t look all that bad when I first saw it. But the movie really was a big mess. There was no suspense at all and the whole mystery was solved 15min into the film when I picked out who the dumb murderer was. But I think the worst part of this film is all the big wholes in this script. Some things just don’t make any sense at all and I’m still confused by them. I’m told that it’s based off a graphic novel by the same name but it’s supposed to be way better then the movie, go figure. I don’t think I could even recommend this for a dvd rental cause people may get angry and revolt at me. Nothing makes sense and it was a lame excuse for a thriller. Plus (spoiler for those who care) I wouldn’t be heartbroken if I had to get my pinky finger and ring finger chopped off. I still have the 3 most important fingers left and I can still do stuff. The ninja turtles only had three fingers and they're not crying about it.
