Wally West was the first sidekick to be promoted to Hero since then Two other sidekicks have been promoted to hero status Dick grayson and Bucky Barnes. unlike the other two Wally chose to become the flash while Tony made Bucky become Capt with guilt and a letter from Steve a man that he was strained from for over 50 yrs in comic book time. While Dick did not want to take the mantle of the bat till he had to fight Jason Todd for the mantle todd became Robin after dick left and was made to be like Dick till his death and return.

All three characters had one thing in common What would Barry/Bruce/Steve would do and would they be proud of them.

Which brings me to the main point of this article
Steve was brought back in a lost style resurrection and made head of S.H.E.I.L.D

while barry return is yet to be told and has taken over the mantle of the flash while his former sidekick who was flash for 20yrs is still the flash but has been put back to 2ndteer character the only difference is that Wally knows how to use the speed force better than Barry and can create a costume out of thin air.

Now Dick has been Batman for a year with 6 months of him trying not to become the bat. His whole run in Batman trying to figure out what Bruce do while grant Morrison writes him as a man trying to be mentor to the son of the man who took him in and using his training from His sidekick days. Now We've been shown Dick's flaws like not being able to solve a mystery of the domino killer and SPOILER Joker revealing to dick that he was sexton and the killer(SON OF A BITCH DIDNT SEE THAT COMING) and failing to protect Daiman of being crushed.

Now their is also Awesome things in Dick Being batman
He beat the shit out of 2 face the man that tortured him when he was robin. Going up to Deathstroke and threatening to kill him if he didn't back off

Now That is great work showning A character we have grown up with take down a man who tormented him in his sidekick days and A man who tormented him when he was a teenager in the titans and take them both down with no fear and with intense anger

Now Bruce is doing his Quantum leap thing we know that when he returns he gots to put the cowl back on he cant just simply go chill in the JLA tower in space. As much i would love to see dick interact with deathstroke and 2face we will see him return as nightwing with a more forceful apporach and higher fan base.

Bruce will once more be TDK and have to fight the joker and the loose ends that morrision left in R.I.P
