I completely agree. I saw Planet 51 before it came out as well and I think it's a matinee also. I thought it was funny at times and even heartfelt. I think that people will trash this film because, it's not the best animated film but, it's still good entertainment. Also, for people who adored Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, they'll like it too.
