Finally ready for The Thing 2 The Prequel. John Carpenters The Thing is among other movies seen as a horror classic, and the news of a prequel gives people the reason to worry.

Eight Norwegian actors has been cast to play in the new movie, that is being shoot in Canada. The main role has gone to the Australian actor Joel Edgerton who is most know for his role in Smokin Aces and as Owen Lars in Star Wars. The producers of the movie has already shown that they can make money with the remake Dawn of the Dead that came out in 2004.

The audience can just hope that it becomes a good movie and so far it looks promising. The Director Marc Abraham says that he takes great inspiration from Ridley Scotts Alien.
