The Riddler will NOT be in the next Batman movie.
In an interview with the LA Times' Geoff Boucher, Christopher Nolan revealed that The Riddler will not be in the next Batman movie. In my opinion, this is great news as I would like Nolan to wrap up the franchise with a villain that hasn't been featured in any of the movies so far. The full story is below.

Oh man :( I wanted to see what he would do with the Riddler. He's only doing three isn't he? I wonder what character he'll use then (for the main villain). Do you think there's a chance he'd use Zsaasz as a side character like havey? If not smaller.
