if you input "ninja gaiden" in http://www.oddcast.com/demos/tts/tts_example.php?clients you get the correct pronunciation (choose japanese as language first, tho)

@MPerce Hero/Easy is for people who just wanna see the story and not fight at all, Normal is the "casual gamer" level (no offense guys...), and Hard is actually HARD: A lot more enemies at once (harder ones come earlier in the game than they do on normal as well), more waves, and they will spam really cheap super moves. Its masochistic to like it.
You still have to have some skill and be able to maximize combos and have the block/dodge timings, but there is definitely a bit more luck involved now. I'd say rent it first maybe? If you really want the NG Black/NG2 experience and that's your "end all be all" definition of the NG series, then its a rental or wait for a price drop. If you can handle the changes they've made so far as game play, gore, and radical change in the health/ninpo systems...then you might like to buy it.
Also, free DLC is on the way in April adding 2 main weapons (claws, scythe) and 2 more multiplayer maps.

Maybe I'm just old and stubborn, but GODDAMN this looks easy. And that cinematic shit throws out any semblance of spatial awareness for style. I don't mind that in some games, but the Gaiden series has always been about skill. It was one of the few series that still tried to kick the player's ass, so I'm bummed out after watching this.
