Jason and Jeff always have great chemistry. Kevin is always funny and you can really here the passion when Kevin hates a game or when he really loves a game, as well as all of you guys. I hope you can keep them coming because I really do love listening to the Loading Bar.

I'm 95% sure that Kevin was being somewhat sarcastic, but they didn't have any other audio from him, so they had to just go ahead and put that in the video as his rating. But I agree - they never really nailed down the rating system, so it's still somewhat ambiguous, I think.
