The Loading Bar BS and Email Show - 2-10-11

SXSW is keeping us all pretty busy this week, putting us behind on some podcast. Fortunately we have some shows recorded awhile ago that have never gone up, such as this episode of The Loading Bar recorded back in February. It was so many weeks ago that I forgot how drunk Nicky Poo was through most of podcast. Also, listen for Kevin's special appearance.

 From Wikipedia

A gentlemen's club is a members-only private club of a type originally set up by and for English upper class men in the eighteenth century, and popularised by English upper-middle class men and women in the late nineteenth century. Today, some are more open about the gender and social status of members. Many countries outside the United Kingdom have prominent gentlemen's clubs.

In the United States the term gentlemen's club is frequently used as a euphemism for strip clubs, a trend also increasingly common in the United Kingdom, with chains such as Stringfellows and Spearmint Rhino using the term in this way.

LMAO Nick, I'm English but I have NEVER heard of these kind of "gentleman's clubs", what kinda places do you go to? If someone said "gentleman's club" to me, I'd think "strip club".

lmfao drunken Nick makes Giggles giggle... although I guess that's not hard to do.

Also Jason, you were my favorite on the podcast until you said you hated Black Swan. ): Nah it's alright I don't care about opinions, but come on man, don't be all 'non-conformist' about it just because it's popular! It's a good movie, watch it regardless of the feedback. Plus if it makes you feel better, it's mostly just the film crowd and the internet that's obsessed with it. I'm the only person pretty much at my school that actually really likes that film. (And I go to a large school.)

And while I don't disagree with you Korey on Bioshock's story, I wouldn't have said it was stupid, but certainly flawed. But then again, so is Inception. However, one thing I will say is stupid is the final boss. Seriously, it was like a cliche anime villain combined with Dr. Manhattan... wtf?

Awesome show and one more thing... Nick, this is for you:

As far as exclusive content or games go. I think the PS3 has more variety of exclusive games such as Infamous, God of War, LBP, and Rachet & Clank etc. While the Xbox 360 seems to have more exclusive content before it arrives on to the PS3 for instance the 4th GTA series had the episodic exclusivity content and even the new game Homefront  ad by Mircsoft has exclusive content for  the “Suburb” map.

As far as other features on both systems it depends on what you want. For example I am choosing the xbox360 this coming summer over the PS3 due to It has the latest Wi-Fi (n) while the PS3 has on b and g. While for me I wont’ be able to get Blu Ray sadly L on the PS3 but I get to play DVDs. Or even getting to play online for free but I can take advantage of xbox 360’s  online during the summer when the semesters done for school( about four months, I luv college life).
