That Guy Jv posted a statusJackie Chan is a living legend. The guy revolutionized stunt work in martial arts and action films, and his movies take on a certain superhuman quality at the knowledge that it was he who actually preformed all the insane stunts. Sadly, the time has come for Jackie to hang it up and move on. The actor recently announced his plans to retire, but not before writing, directing, producing, and starring in 'Chinese Zodiac.' The teaser trailer for Chan's purported swan song has just landed online. It looks absolutely gonzo in all the best ways. The title cards, and few spoken lines of dialogue, are all in Chinese so it's impossible to know exactly what the setup is. However, it appears Chan plays an agent who wears a full body rollerblade suit and utilizes an entirely new form of street luge. Sure it looks silly, but again the stunt work involved is mesmerizing. Take a look at the trailer below and let us know what you think.

Comment by Grant Warszona on August 30, 2012 at 11:36pm I read the title and immediately thought of his cartoon from the late 90's early 2000's, Jackie Chan Adventures.

Yeah, I could have sworn I saw that trailer months ago. Why are they releasing a teaser when a full on trailer's been out for months?

The trailer u posted made me wanna see this movie waaaay more than the rollerblade wierdness above. Looks very reminiscent of Armour of God and Operation Condor, wouldn't be surprised even if it his treasure hunter character from those films in this one!
Comment by Jeffrey Santa Cruz on August 30, 2012 at 1:07pm Oh shit i am seeing this!!!!
Oh, and as long as this new movie isn't directed by Brian Levant, I'm in the theater on opening day.
