I remember they made fun of it in Family Guy but I had never actually seen Superman 2 until recently and I was like OMG that's ridiculous! And when what's his face falls through the floor of the Fortress of Solitude and they never explain what happens. It's funny because I feel like those random moments are part of the charm of the film.
