Steve Martin's Oscar Advice to Eddie Murphy

Actor, comedian, and three-time Oscar host Steve Martin has posted an open letter on his website to his friend and former 'Bowfinger' costar Eddie Murphy after it was announced that Murphy would be hosting this years Academy Awards. After the highly criticized debacle of last's year's Anne Hathaway and James Franco-hosted telecast, Oscar producer Brett Ratner hopes that having Eddie Murphy host this year's show will bring the event back to it's comedic hosting tradition (and it of course couldn't hurt to have some extra buzz to promote his upcoming film with Murphy, November's 'Tower Heist').
The 84th Academy Awards will be broadcast live on February 26th and expect to see another live Oscars webcast here on Spill.com where the crew will give live commentary on the show. So Spillios, if given the opportunity what advice would you like to give Eddie Murphy before he hosts the award show?
