Charmingman93 posted a statusIt's that time of year again, when the Spill Crew provides their own brand of 'coverage' for the Academy Award show. Listen as we commentary on who asked the dumbest questions, who has the best cleavage, who acted like they had class, who didn't, who got booted off stage for taking too long, terrible dance numbers, and who almost fell on their ass on the way to the stage. Join us in celebration when our favorite picks win, and yell in anger with us when our favorites lose.
Unlike the Golden Globes, this podcast will be recorded and posted later. You might even want to record the ceremony and play it along with our audio later. Or just play it again to relive the memories.
It's undecided at the moment if we will take calls, but be ready in case we do. See you tonight. Wear something nice. Oh, and in case you're a betting Oscar viewer, here's the official ballot.

Comment by John Henry Eden v2.0 on February 28, 2011 at 10:10am Honestly, I don't know why so many people are jumping on The King's Speech for winning best picture. Did it really come as a surprise? Although that montage they did with the King's Speech voiceover was fucking awful. If you ask me, Black Swan should've won best picture and Fincher should've won best director. That would've balanced it all out quite nicely. But I guess the Academy will settle for King's Speech shutting out every other movie this year...
And we all know that in some perfect alternate dimension, Inception has just won best motion picture, and all the problems of that dimension have dissolved into nothingness as double rainbows appear and money rains down from the heavens, while cancer is cured and world hunger is solved.
