Sorry for posting this review of Sherlock Holmes so late, I have been really busy this past week.

After capturing and killing serial killer and occult “sorcerer” lord Blackwood (Mark Strong). legendary sleuth Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey Jr) and his assistant Dr. Watson (Jude Law) can close yet another mysterious case. But when Blackwood comes from the grave and continues his killing spree, the case is reopened. Dealing with his partners fiancee and temptress Irene Adler (Rachael McAdam's). The dauntless detective must unravel the clues that will lead him into murder, and black magic.

I will start off by saying that I loved this movie of Sherlock Holmes. And it is one of my favorite movies of the year. so after stating that, let me start off on my review. The acting in the movie was really good. Robert Downey JR could not of done a better job as Sherlock Holmes. And Jude Law as Watson was perfect. What makes this two performances really spectacular was the chemistry they had with each other. They really had some great feed off of each other. And I will say that Downey JR and Jude Law had one of the best performances I saw all year. and I will say that Jude Law is a very underrated actor. He needs more recognition as being a good actor. Rachel McAdam's was good in the movie. but I was expecting a little more from her. Overall the acting was superb.

The story of the movie was interesting, fun, smart, and very well done. I was never bored with the story. And I thought it was very interesting. It maid me feel like I was Sherlock Holmes trying to figure out the mystery. Guy Richie I thought did a pretty good job on the movie. he maid it very smart and fun. And I actually had doubts about him directing Sherlock Holmes. but he did a very good job on the movie.

Not a lot of big flaws to the movie. the only one that I can think of that’s big enough to say is the ending should have been better. Fighting on the bridge was a little off for me. But like I said not a lot of flaws.

Overall Sherlock Holmes was a brilliant movie. one of the best of the year. Robert Downey JR and Jude Law were excellent together. Great chemistry between them two.
