'Resident Evil 4' Coming in September 2010

Shock Till You Drop reports that Sony's Screen Gems is shooting for a September 17th, 2010 release for the fourth Resident Evil installment, to be titled Resident Evil: Afterlife.

The ending of the third film, Resident Evil: Extinction, left the door wide open for another sequel, with a shift to Tokyo, Japan.

Paul W.S. Anderson revealed late last year he was indeed writing the next film.

Apparentlyin sept. 17, 2010 they will. I feel bad for Capcom
They made a great franchise, and they are trying to make money through gaming (which they are)
but here comes sony screen gems to fuck it up.
If u disagree look at these ugly movies made from video games:

-Street Fighters legend os chun-li

-Drangonball evolution

-all resident evil movies

-even house of the dead..

Plz any director with respect for a gaming franchise, come forth and dont change the story that a great video game already has. OMG hollywood please get good directors plz.

Ummm, look the previous movies were only minorly entertaining at best, and as a fan of the games, I will easily say that they have NOT gotten any of the characters right in the movies so far. Why do you guys want them to ruin MORE of them?
