When I heard that line "Good day, I am declaring America's first...", I thought it was Kenneth Branagh saying that, but totally surprised to find that it was Billy Crudup, who is constantly amazing me recently with some really great performances, and this looks like one of them.

About cops not looking for them. Isn't it like... accurate? Wasn't that the reason FBI was created? From what I know when you crossed the state line you were free as a bird, so I guess it wouldn't be tough to escape.
