C'mon Johnny Depp is a natural actor and Christian Bale tries to hard at method that of course Depp would overshadow him you can see that in the trailer

Collaterol pissed me off because of the grain! Miami Vice also! Why has he decided it's fine to show you this shit! especially in low light!!! it pulls me out especially if this one's a period movie so this review doesn't fill me with high hopes because I thought I was in the minority getting so pissy at his grainy Digital thing! Oh well!
Maybee if i have 0 expectation I might be with Leon on it who know's because i've stopped getting excited about his movies these days!

Can't agree with you on Heat though Leon, that was his last great movie for me, That looked ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! especially the night scenes!?

Depp is always just Depp to me now too! He doesn't change, or age he just puts on a different hat!

wow, good review, but damn I was really disappointed at how quickly you all ruined the movie, even when it came to small characters getting killed. Really droppin' the ball, so what if some of us don't know the story of Dillinger, that doesn't mean you should give away the ending. And it wasn't even like a slip of the tongue, just a straight up, well this guy gets a hole through him, this guy kills this guy, and then a chuckle. Shame guys,,,
