Professor Jeff: Spill.com E3 Coverage Preview
All right Spillios, it's time for an important announcement. Are you all sitting comfortably? Not drinking anything? Dammit Frank! Stop operating that heavy machinery for a second, this is important! OK. Are you ready? Here it is:
This year Spill.com will be covering E3.
What? You already knew that?! Dammit Fungusmonkey! Anyway, about six months ago I begged, I pleaded, I cried like a little girl until my gracious employer, Mr. Korey 'Awesomest Boss Ever' Coleman agreed that we could do E3 this year and boy are we every doing it. Not like that! Get your head out of the gutter! So next Monday yours truly is going to be rolling out to sunny Los Angeles, California in order to bring you up to the minute impressions about the ins, outs, and goings on of the biggest video game conference of the year. Check back all next week for more coverage than you can shake a stick at.
What can you expect? Try this on for size:
- Watch most of the E3 Press Conferences live and in color!
- Check back throughout the day for new E3 trailers as they're released!
- Check back a second time to hear my thoughts on the games of E3 transmitted directly from the show floor!
- Look for special Loading Bar podcasts where we discuss our thoughts about E3 and all of the new announcements!
- Listen to special E3 focused call in shows and ask the Professor anything about anything. Except ham. Don't ask about that.
- Follow ProfessorJeffE3 on Twitter for live updates throughout the event!
Yes, people, all this at a fraction of the retail price! But wait, there's STILL more! Well maybe not that much more. Isn't that enough! What do you people want from me? Blood!

If that trailer holds up, and there really is Mirror's edge style movement through areas combined with awesome weapons combine with you're a fucking space bounty hunter then hell yes I'm fucking sold!!

i think that the wii 2 will be the most anticipated thing this E3. hope that it will appeal more to the hardcore gamer and enough power to last for 6 or more years

Wow, this is really great news-I'm so excited that Spill is going to be a part of such a huge event such as E3. I know that you will be forced to read through hundreds of comments Jeff, so, I'll try and keep my list of suggestions short, but no promises:
- If Sony is going to have any announcements/trailers/new information about their upcoming phone/portable gaming console, I'd love for you to cover it
- If Nintendo is going to have any announcements/trailers/new information about their new and improved Wii console, I'd love for you to cover it
- If Square Enix has any new footage, or even a demo of Deus Ex 3, I'd love for you to cover it
- If there is a demo of the new XCOM game, I'd love for you to cover it
- I'd love for you to cover any new, major games that are going to be announced for the 3DS at E3
- If Gearbox has any new information on the Alien game they are creating, I'd love for you to cover it
