Great review and I'm really looking forward to playing White 2. And actually, Pokemon did have direct sequels before because Gold and Silver continued three years after Red and Blue and a lot of the old Gym Leaders came back in the second half of the game. Hell, you battle the trainer from the previous game at the very end of Gold and Silver.

Man...he makes me want to buy a handheld and get this game. I miss traditional turn based RPGs.
